I’d like to order for my store. How do I register?
Registering is easy. Just go to our new account registration and fill out the form.

I’ve purchased from you before, but not online. Do I have an online account?
If you’ve purchased from us before then you’re ready for express registration. Just go to our sign in page and enter your account number and billing zip code under the “Existing Customers” section. If you do not know your account number please contact us.

I forgot my password. How do I log in?
You can create a new password. Go to my account and enter your email address in the “Forgot Your Password?” section.

When will my order ship? Do you have expedited shipping?

Orders ship within 5 to 10 days after receipt. Rush ordering is available; just let us know in the order notes during checkout.

Do you have recommended pricing?
Yes we do please see our MSRP list. We ask that our customers adhere to the MSRP by not reselling products below the recommended level. OOLY reserves the right to discontinue sales to customers who do not adhere to the price recommendations.

What are your payment methods? Do you have terms?
We accept Visa, Discover, Master Card and American Express. Terms are available for qualifying accounts. For more details please see our Order Policy page which addresses details on order minimums payment terns, shipping, backorders and returns.

Do you serve international customers?
Yes we do. International is in our name after all. If your store is located Canada, Spain, Australia or New Zealand, please contact the distributor in your area.

Is my information safe?
Absolutely. We take our customers' privacy seriously. You can look at our privacy policy for more details, but in short we go to great lengths to make sure that your private information is secure.

How do I know when there are new promotions?
Subscribing for promotions is easy; you can enter your email here. If you are a registered user on our site you should be receiving our emails. If you aren’t  receiving our promotional emails try checking your spam folder for “Promotions” tab if you are using Gmail. If you still can’t find our emails please contact us.
