Shipping
Orders are shipped from Carlsbad, CA 92010 via USPS or FedEx, unless otherwise noted on your purchase order.

Hawaii, Alaska or International orders are not eligible for freight deals.
Please note that OOLY utilizes freight caps for orders shipping in the United States. Freight charges will not exceed the percentage listed of the order total. This information is subject to change without notice.
Freight Promotion: Participants will receive half freight charges with orders totaling $600 or more. Free freight is available for orders of $1,200 or more. Offer is not available in Hawaii, Alaska or outside the contiguous United States.

- Automatically generated unless otherwise specified.
- Orders under $75 may be canceled.
Payment Terms
- Net 30 terms subject to satisfactory credit check (may take up to 30 days).
- Past due accounts incur a 2.0% monthly finance charge.
- Returned checks are subject to a $25 charge.

- The minimum order amount to Apply for Terms is $750
- Customers awarded terms will incur a 3% convenience fee for credit/ debit card payments.
